Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.
- The product is not listed among the non-returnable items (see Section 4).
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the item back to us using the address provided in the return-approval email.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued as follows:
• Original Payment Method: refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during purchase.
• Cash-on-Delivery Orders: refunds will be credited to your provided bank account or issued as store credit.
Processing Time: refunds typically take 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Opened or used beauty and skincare products.
- Items with broken seals or tampered packaging.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging for faster resolution. We will replace the item or offer a refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item delivered), we will cover the return-shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return-shipping fee.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to check stock availability and receive further instructions.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped.
Terms & Conditions:
- Orders can be canceled free of charge if they have not been shipped yet.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled; however, you may follow our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the product.
- Refund processing (if applicable) may take 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method used.
